Empowering youth today,
for communities that thrive tomorrow.

Young people are not just participants in Karucan's programmes — they are our flagship target group and the driving force behind them. From teenage mothers and young entrepreneurs to youth with disabilities, we put the energy, creativity and leadership of youth at the centre of every health, environment and livelihood intervention.

01Youth-led design. Young people co-design and lead our digital-health, agribusiness and climate programmes — with communities, not for them.
02Skills for the future. Digital literacy, AI-enabled agronomy and green-enterprise training that turn vulnerable youth into certified professionals.
03Inclusion without exception. Teenage mothers, unemployed youth and youth with disabilities are prioritised in every programme we run.
04Youth in leadership. From village savings groups to cooperative boards, young people graduate into governance and mentorship roles.
