Each year during Global Liver Awareness Week, with the Global Liver Institute, Karucan Foundation leads liver-health screening and education events across Uganda, focused on early detection and prevention. As a coalition member of the African Hepatitis B Advocacy Coalition, Karucan contributes community-level engagement to hepatitis B and broader liver-disease response.
